This was my engagement ring from a 13 years relationship that ended from one day to another.
My ex-husband moved out, didn’t want to discuss anything or try to fix our relationship, not even for the kids.
I took on our business, kept the house, did my best for our kids (had full custody for a year).
We used to joke that this ring meant he was only going to love me for a semi-eternity, I guess that wasn’t too far from the truth after all.
Now is time to get rid of the old memories after almost 4 years.
Probably pay some debts from another relationship that didn’t go well either. ha!
