Necklace given to me by my boyfriend (who would never refer to himself as such) for my birthday (after he ruined my birthday and refused to speak to me for a few days) which he used as leverage to reference any time I felt he was not being financially supportive (“I bought you a $200 necklace!!”) even though I never asked for jewelry over $20.
He is an asshat who was with me for 2 years and wouldn’t tell anyone and introduced me as a coworker, not even a friend, and made me feel bad about spending time with my dying dog and my family
I will be using the money as a donation to my honeybear’s cancer fund… he lost his battle in September but $8K still lingers from his failed chemo treatments (that boyfriend never donated any money too)
