Handsome, super kind, funny, intelligent – all the things you wish for in a guy right? I had those with my ex but the problem was, he came along 5 years too early. We met aged 19 and 4 years on we were still very in love. But both of us felt like we were too young to have found the person we would be with for the rest of our lives. If we were to ever have a future together we would need a break at some point to learn to be independent.
I miss him unbelievable amounts and sometimes the phrase ‘Why try to fix something that’s not broken?’ rings in my mind but at the same time I think it’s important to learn to be happy alone. I hope our paths cross again and if they don’t then he’ll make someone a very happy lady.
