he was in a bad relationship. he said he found me. he said he was happy. he said this was unlike anything else. i knew things were complicated and i knew things were messy but i loved him. i told him id wait till they cleared up. he said he wanted to keep seeing me now. so we did. and then a few months later he says he needs space. and needs to figure stuff out. and then i find out he never broke up with his ex – was just ‘separated’. i wish i was mad, but I’m not. I’m just so so sad.
