Our relationship started in high school and ended 2 days after he came home from a 9 month deployment. I was faithful the entire relationship, including the long distance portions (basic training, cross country duty stations, and Afghanistan) only to find out he cheated on me at a frat party in NY. He came home and 2 days later we were suppose to leave for our first vacation together. He had some nerve coming over in the middle of the night and dumping me. However we stayed friends…with benefits. But 3 days ago he’s home again, after not speaking to me for 4 weeks, and apparently he’s “done” with me. I was the best thing to ever happen to him, I say that confidently. I hope to God he ever finds someone, besides his own mother, who will love him as much as I did.
Moving on though… I found a guy who actually opens doors for me :)
