This week I met with the incredible entrepreneur Noa Ries. She’s the inspiring, down-to-earth and unstoppable CEO of Vie Active. We caught up on all things entrepreneurship, moving to LA and unlocking your confidence.
What do you do and why do you do it?
I’ m the CEO of Vie Active – a premium activewear company for women truly fusing style and performance and enabling women to look as good as they feel. I want to enable and empower women to fully realise the benefits of living an active life.
What’s the best gift you ever got?
Self confidence and self belief from my parents that I can do anything I want.
What’s the worst gift you ever got?
A swimsuit when I was feeling particularly shocking about myself.
What’s you advice for all things love, sex and dating?
I’ve been with my husband for 10 years now so I’m not an expert on dating anymore! However on sex: the more you have it the more you want it. On love: you know it’s real when the person you love makes you love yourself and feel like the best version of yourself.
What’s your go to pick me up?
A run! Makes me feel amazing every time.

When I was 18, my boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up and then he told me he cheated on me!
Tell us about a time you Bounced Back better than ever
Actually after becoming a mother, I realised how important it was for my own sanity to exercise regularly. I actually became the fittest I’d ever been and my body bounced back better than it had ever been!
