Nothing gets the heart rate up after a split than a fun, new workout. Get the blood flowing and the music pumping and pat yourself on the back for a job well done. I swear, exercise (and good friends and lots of wine) has been the absolute savior in my breakup experiences. It works, I promise! And you look great when you sweat!
New workout on my radar: Rowing classes
I personally hate spin but sometimes feel left out of the soul-filled cycling craze because I really WANT to like it. Enter rowing. You get the fun, amped-up playlists and dark lights, you get the cardio workout and sweat session and you get a serious core workout. And it’s pretty fun, too.
