Miss Color Clash’s Question: What are some good eyeshadow colors for cooler skin tones?
Angelique’s Answer: For most of my choices for color within a makeup application I like to take color theory into consideration. For a cooler skin tone, I actually like to go opposite on the color wheel–so using a warmer color works best. Think colors of the sun like golds, warm browns, orange, etc. These will help to make eyes pop a bit more. If you are going for more of an evening look, whatever color you decide to use on the lid, I always love to add a bit of warmth into the crease, usually a matte color in an orange or warm brown works. This will help give definition & contour the eyes. Color theory can drastically change the way you think of makeup, so play with it, remember makeup is a form of art as well! Have fun!
